Join in the fun and festivities at National Indigenous Day! Start off with a 9am pancake breakfast at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society, and stay for the Friendship Walk over to Trout Lake.

Join us as we start the day at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society and enjoy some great food and fun entertainment.

11:00AM to 12:00PM
Friendship Walk over to Trout Lake Park

Decorate a sign at the Pancake Breakfast and
celebrate with the community as we walk down Commercial Drive and up to Trout Lake Park!

 

12:00PM to 5:00PM
Enjoy the many Trout Lake Park Events:

Cultural Dance performances
Contemporary musical performers

 

As this is a free public event, registration is not required. However, if you'd like to meet up at the pancake breakfast, email Sarah at sreid@bcadoption.com and we'll save some space at our breakfast table for you!! :)
