Come and learn about the Adopt BC Kids program. There are hundreds of children, teens, and siblings sets in BC foster care who are waiting for adoptive families.
Topics include: who are the children, why they come into care, special needs, the adoption process and key issues for families. Co-presented by AFABC and MCFD.
Audience: Prospective adoptive parents. Couples, please attend together. Singles are welcome to attend with a support person. This session is for adults only please.
Arrival: Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to start time for this event. Front door will be opened by 6:20pm.
Parking: Free parking.
Note: This workshop is for adults only please. Please arrange for childcare if needed. We require a minimum of 10 attendees to run the session. Please notify us if you need to cancel, in case of a waitlist.
