Trauma Informed Parenting: The First Year of Placement Online Workshop - Fall 2020
This innovative online workshop will help parents understand the relationship between trauma and adoption. Parents will learn about the different types of trauma, how they manifest in the developing child, and learn strategies for parenting from a trauma-informed place.
NEW: In response to requests from previous participants, the facilitator will host an optional one hour group follow up call to support participants as they work through their parenting efforts to implement the strategies discussed in the three part workshop. The call will take place two weeks after the workshop to give parents time to absorb the workshop content and begin using the strategies in their parenting roles.
Register now for this online workshop and enjoy all the benefits of a facilitated learning experience from the convenience of your home or mobile device.
