Adoption Key Worker
Brandi Kennedy is the current Adoption Key Worker for the North. Major centers include Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Prince George, Quesnel, Terrace, Prince Rupert, and Smithers. Brandi lives in Fort Saint John and is parenting five children through birth, foster, and adoptive children.

Family Support Counsellors
We have two free family support counsellors who offer more complex or intense supports to families across BC.
Jen is an adoptive mom of two adult sons and a daughter. She is a certified Safe Baby instructor, and has been a part of AFABC for more than 25 years. Her areas of specialty include infertility support, early childhood, the teen years, and school issues. She is also one of our in-home support workers!
Correen Coons is mom to two children through adoption. She has almost 20 years of experience supporting at-risk children, youth and families. Her areas of specialty are FASD and prenatal substance exposure.
