Our new Live Chat program lets you connect instantly with our Family Support team.
We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30 pm to talk with you. The Live Chat button on the very left hand of the screen will light up green when someone is available to chat. If the icon is grey we’re offline but you can still send us an email and we'll respond to it as soon as possible.
The chat is also mobile-friendly, so you can connect with us anywhere!
Only your name and email address are required to chat with us. All of the Live Chat’s functions and features go through AFABC’s secured servers to ensure your privacy and information is protected.
