Teen Adoption: You Have a Choice

This unscripted documentary details the lives of six teens who have lived in foster care. As part of our Speak-Out Youth Group, these teens took a journey to explore their ideas, feelings, and thoughts about adoption, foster care, and family.

April didn’t know she could be adopted; Chris has had two adoption break downs, but still has a positive attitude to family; Christine, after fighting for adoption, has a permanent family; Kevin was adopted by his youth worker; Lacy aged out of foster care with a support network; Sheena still waits in foster care with less than a year before her 19th birthday.

Their stories are true accounts of life in and out of foster care.
